BU Design is proud to have completed the FF&E design for the new primary school at South Stirling Gateway—a landmark development aimed at creating a vibrant and sustainable community in Stirlingshire.

The wider Gateway project will deliver around 800 energy-efficient homes, including nearly 200 affordable homes, with the school positioned at its heart. Designed as a true community asset, it will also feature an external sports pitch and a games hall available for community use outside school hours.

Our FF&E design focuses on creating inspiring and adaptable learning environments. Classrooms have been planned with flexibility at their core, incorporating flip-top tables, individual tables, upholstered stools, writable surfaces, and carefully considered adjacent breakout spaces. In addition, quiet rooms / mini sensory-style spaces have been integrated to provide pupils with multiple options for learning and wellbeing, ensuring that every child feels comfortable and supported.

By embedding agility and inclusivity into the design, BU Design has ensured the South Stirling Gateway Primary School will deliver future-proof, dynamic environments that empower pupils and staff alike.
